We seek an Assistant Manager - HR & Admin to join our growing India team in Gurgaon. Through diverse experience and direct mentoring, this role at Viscadia will offer an in-depth exposure in generalist HR processes including Talent Acquisition, Office Administration, HR operations, employee engagements, etc. 

This role will be based out of Gurgaon, India. 

The Assistant Manager HR & Admin will support in the below mentioned areas:  

• Administration 

  • Support office upkeep 

  • Manage housekeeping staff 

  • Pantry upkeep 

  • Vendor liasoning 

• HR operations 

  • Facilitate execution of employee lifecycle processes 

  • Employee onboarding & trainings 

  • Vendor expenses & employee reimbursements 

  • Employee exit formalities 

  • Manage and update employee HRMS portal / dashboards / trackers 

  • Prepare HR reports for leadership 

• People, Processes & Policies 

  • Facilitating talent acquisition processes 

  • Compensation benchmarking 

  • Implementing new policies and processes 

  • Drive employee engagement events  

  • HR Campaigns and special projects 

Qualifications:  

  • 7+ years’ relevant work experience. A specialization in Human Resources is a must 

  • Knowledge in ZOHO / other HRMS software is preferred 

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills  

  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams as well as independently as required  

  • Willingness to learn & work in a small and fast-growing organization
